where eat in St. Petersburg”.

The aim of the award is to unite the restaurant industry with its visitors - it
is not professional chefs who choose the winners, but the guests of the restaurants, who come every
day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. By popular vote, the three finalists were united, of which the jury
determined the winners of the award in each nomination. All this important action took place in a
chamber setting, under the excellent serving of our caviar - in egg porridge with truffle oil, with salmon
of weak salt in a haze and much more!

  The result of such a pleasant and fruitful work were the winners, who were voiced to the
general public on October 25, to the thunder of applause in the ballroom “Roof” of the Grand Hotel Europe.

As part of the dinner party, our company held a competition with a jar of sturgeon caviar as a
present, the winner of which was Anton Sadchikov, who bakes Brave Goodies desserts.

 Congratulations to all winners of the award prize “What where eat in St. Petersburg” and
wishing a creative flight of thoughts for new gastronomic victories!!!
